Founded in 2013 by Erik Stenudd and Daniel Helge, Aurora Solutions began with a vision to blend technological expertise and financial acumen. Recognizing the need in Japan for versatile professionals bridging tech, business, and communication together we set out to create a specialized boutique consulting firm specializing in clearing, risk, collateral management, and back-office operations.

This diverse expertise is cultivated from key roles in major exchanges, clearing houses, banks, and global financial technology firms.
Daniel Helge
Director
Daniel has more than 20 years of experience in financial technology covering a wide range of roles as systems architect and business analyst for financial institutions and exchanges in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to founding Aurora Solutions Daniel held roles for Nasdaq OMX, ICAP North America and major banks and clearing houses.
Erik Stenudd
Representative Director
Erik has more than 15 years of experience as a risk analyst and developer specializing in risk management, margining, and clearing for OTC derivatives. Before founding Aurora Solutions Erik held roles for Calypso Technology and several senior consulting roles backing risk management for banks in Europe and Asia and clearing houses as Eurex, SGX and JPX.
David Axelson
Representative Director
David has 10 years of experience in financial technology and services covering development, business analysis and project management. Specialized in risk, clearing and default management in listed and OTC derivatives he has been supporting our clients in Japan. In the past years David has leading the effort on growing our business by running sales and operations in Japan.
